Illumination Session


What’s the next step after our Discovery Call?  My Illumination Session is the first opportunity we get to “dig in” and begin our work together. 

Having a solid understanding of where you’re starting from and where you want to be is a key starting point in making any change. This Illumination Session will help “shine the light” on how areas of your life and health are influencing your overall health and sense of well-being.  Embrace a deeper connection as to why your health and well-being is important and gain greater clarity on what truly matters to you in life.

This Illumination Session includes a Personal Whole Health Assessment and an individual 90 minute session with me.

Coaching Packages


Ready to get started on your personal growth journey? The coaching process is designed to facilitate the creation of your health and wellness goals and develop a strategy and plan for achieving those goals. As your partner, I will help you gain the skills, awareness and attitude to take meaningful action towards improved well-being. 

Since you and your life are unique, I offer various coaching packages so you can find one that fits best.  All individual coaching sessions are virtual.


Shifting Patterns


Shifting Patterns is a 3 month coaching package that includes sessions two times a month for 3 months. On average, it takes about 2 months for a new behavior to become automatic.  This package is best suited for focusing on a single goal or if you want to “try-on” the health coaching experience.          


Transforming You


Transforming You is a 6 month coaching package that includes sessions two times a month for 6 months. This package helps to keep your transformation “top of mind” by making your coaching sessions part of your routine and is best suited for focusing on multiple goals or changing deeper-rooted habits.



Metamorphosis is a 12 month coaching package that includes one coaching session per month. This package is best suited for someone who wants a more paced approach to change over one year.
